We had a great Easter! Here we all are dressed up. We "attended" a couple church services which essentially involved standing at the back for a little while, since all was in Italian and all the pews were full.
We were lucky and caught a procession where Mary and Joseph unite (from two different processions) on Easter Day. There was singing, traditional dress, drums and flower petals.
The Italian Easter bunny is the coolest. He brings (very) large chocolate eggs (see picture) with toys INSIDE. He also hid small wrapped chocolate eggs and candy around the house.
